We are seeking a full-time, highly motivated Legal Secretary/legal assistant keenly interested in this area of the law with strong analytical skills, detailed, and a passion for client service.

The firm has excellent systems and will teach you to be an effective paralegal/legal Assistant Flexibility to work in Media Office and Huntingdon Valley office Qualifications and Duties include to Assist:
Drafting plans, EP documents Manage all phases of Estate administration Supervise Medicaid Applications, Guardianship Matters Possible Orphan's Court Litigation (focused on Trusts and Estates) Excellent interpersonal communication skills Client contact Client communication Possible speaking opportunities for seminars and webinars Required
Experience:
Salary Commensurate with Experience, Health Insurance, 401(k) 0-5 years Estates and Elder law experience Salary commensurate with experience.
