The position will primarily be on phones, but will also include managing online scheduling, other front office duties such as patient check-out, scanning and faxing.

Answer phones and convey messages to appropriate parties.
Answer phones and schedule patients as needed.
Assist as needed to check-out patients if there is a queue.
Handle various administrative duties such as scanning and faxing Deliver compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients and families.
Ensure compliance with all health care regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA HOURS Monday - Friday Start Time:
