Sr. Clinical Analyst

SUMMARY OF JOB:
The Senior Clinical Analyst role poses a solid understanding of Ambulatory and Post Acute Care Application systems. Displays knowledge of clinical Ambulatory and Post-Acute care settings. Provide support with providers, practice managers, nurses, support staff, and ancillary personnel to implement Best Practice clinical and financial workflows within each setting. Under general direction, supports and performs feasibility, analytical, and cost/benefit studies as well as analyze, test, train, support and ensure user requests meet expectations. Coordinate or assist in the planning, design, development, of new applications and enhancements to existing applications. This position will be responsible for daily systems maintenance, troubleshooting end user calls, security, analytic reporting, and integrity of each system. Knowledge of Population Health, and Quality metrics for Lifecare, HomeCare/Hospice and Ambulatory Physician practices, ICD9-ICD10, EMR/PM, Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy integration, CMS incentive programs, and Clinical Documentation expertise.
RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of relevant work experience and a minimum of 3 years in Clinical Physician Practices and/or Post Acute Care settings.
Demonstrates advanced experience with all divisions of customer service.
Must have the ability to exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, communicating, motivate, organize projects among a broad spectrum of divisions for quality, safety and integrity of all clinical systems.
The senior clinical analyst supports and performs feasibility and analytical of areas of responsibility. Ensures the implementation and daily operation of all computer applications contained within the scope of responsibility.
Knowledge of the following systems: eClinicalWorks, MedEnt, Homecare Homebase, PointCare, Kinnser ADL, Point Click Care, ongoing Ambulatory and Post Acute Care Applications.
Performs duties in support of the Health System mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner.
Must be willing to enthusiastically embrace key organizational initiatives such as SafeCare and Experience.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical informatics, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or higher.
Travel between facilities and practices.
On-Call and holiday coverage when needed
Scheduled hours are flexible
Other duties as assigned

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
