The Senior Systems Analyst role poses a solid understanding of Ambulatory and Post Acute Care Clinical Practice setting along with clinical workflows and revenue cycle needs between both Electronic Health Record and Practice Management in an outpatient and post acute settings. Requires knowledge of Electronic Health Record & Practice Management Applications. Provide supports to all divisions, practice managers, physicians, nurses, support staff, and ancillary personnel to analyze, test, train, support and ensure user requests meet expectations. Coordinate or assist in the planning, design, development, of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
This position will be responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the Ambulatory and Post Acute Care systems include: HomeCare Hombase, Continua, Kinnser ADL, Point Click Care, Referral Management System (Lifecare), eClinicalWorks, MedEnt, Electronical Health Records and Practice Management Systems. Knowledge of eMPI (enterprise master patient index), HIE (health information exchange), population health, ICD9-ICD-10, lab integration, interface error queues, analytics reporting and knowledge of incentive programs within each division.
4-5 years of relevant work experience.
Proven abilities as IT subject matter. Expertise in developing and implementing software and interoperabitility that provides value to the customer base.
Must have ability to exercise independent judgement in planning, organizing, and performing system analyst tasks.
Ability to multi-task issue and projects daily.
Must have ability to communicate, motivate and organize projects among a broad spectrum of personnel throughout the network, frequently under deadlines and pressures.
Demonstrate proficiency in Ambulatory and Post Acute Care systems Lifecare, Homecare & Hospice, Ambulatory Physician Services is required. Systems included: Electronic Health Records and Practice Management systems and others to include and expand: Point Click Care, Elevisier, RFMS, Homecare Homebase, Point Care, Continua, Kinnser ADL, eClinicalWorks, MedEnt.
Supports and perform feasibility and analytical areas of responsibility.
Ensures the implementation and daily operations of all computer applications HIPAA, security and change control processes.
Performs duties in support of the Health System Mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Health Administration or Higher.
Travel between facilities and practices
On-call and limited holiday coverage
Other duties as assigned

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
