The Talent Scout is the spark to begin any relationship between Holy Redeemer and a new employee. The talent scout is an expert in fully understanding Holy Redeemer's culture and the qualities to look for in new recruits that fit into the culture. Talent Scouts are passionate about looking for new talent and the opportunity to extend invitations to new talent so that they may discover more about the organization. Scouts work closely with the managers and others in the Talent Agency to identify a connection with the prospective employee and the organization that results in a long lasting vibrant relationship. Above all, the talent scout must be a magnificent story gatherer and story teller.
Bachelor's degree or actively pursuing.
A minimum of 2 years in discovering talent, recruitment and interviewing/auditioning experience.
Understanding and ability to apply principles of experience design.
Experience with employment law/practices.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft/computer office suite applications, social media and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to travel.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
